Noctisylum – From Wounded Ground

War does not begin with weapons. It begins with silence. With a child who stops asking questions. With a letter that never arrives. With a man who comes back wearing someone else’s eyes.

From Wounded Ground is an EP about the cost of conflict told through the people who are never mentioned in the headlines.

A child folding paper planes into a sky full of smoke. A woman writing letters to someone who may no longer exist. A soldier standing in the middle of everything he was told was right, feeling nothing but wrong. And beneath it all, a single human pulse that refuses to stop beating.

This is not a political record. It is a human one. It does not take sides. It only asks what we lose when we do.

The music lives in the space between grief and hope. Dark, cinematic, carried by voices that layer and breathe and ache together. Because some things can only be said when more than one person is willing to say them at the same time.

From Wounded Ground is where we start again. Not because the world has healed. But because we choose to.
