Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to ArtistDesk, a private artist portal operated by ArtistDesk. By signing in or using the portal, you confirm that you are authorized to use the account and agree to these Terms.

1. Authorized use

ArtistDesk is available only to artists, representatives and other users approved by an administrator. You must provide accurate information and use the portal only for the artist business and account you are authorized to represent.

2. Account security

You are responsible for keeping usernames, passwords and sign-in links confidential. Accounts may not be shared without permission. Suspected unauthorized access, lost credentials or other security concerns must be reported promptly to account@only.com.hr.

3. Portal services

ArtistDesk provides access to information that may include reported earnings, platform performance, releases, payments, account messages and support history. Available features and data may vary by artist, territory, agreement and reporting period.

4. Royalties and payments

Royalty figures, usage counts and payment statuses may be provisional, delayed, rounded or adjusted because of corrected platform reports, exchange rates, taxes, contractual deductions, chargebacks or other valid reasons. If portal information conflicts with a signed artist, label or distribution agreement, the signed agreement controls.

5. Acceptable use

You must not access another user’s information, bypass or test security without written permission, upload malicious material, scrape the service, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, misrepresent your identity or authority, or disclose confidential portal information without authorization.

6. Content submitted by users

You remain responsible for information, images and messages you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and authority needed to submit them and permit us to host and process them only as necessary to operate ArtistDesk and related services.

7. Intellectual property

The ArtistDesk software, interface, design, branding and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to their respective owners. These Terms grant only a limited, non-transferable right to use the portal while your account remains authorized.

8. Confidentiality

Non-public royalty reports, payment information, business messages and account data must be treated as confidential. They may be shared only with authorized advisers or representatives who are required to keep them confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Third-party information

Some data may originate from streaming platforms, distributors, payment providers or other third parties. Their reporting schedules, availability and policies are outside our control, and links to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement.

10. Availability and updates

We aim to keep ArtistDesk secure and available, but maintenance, security work, data corrections or circumstances beyond reasonable control may interrupt access. Features may be improved, replaced or withdrawn when reasonably necessary.

11. Suspension or termination

Access may be restricted or terminated when an account is no longer authorized, these Terms are breached, security is at risk, an applicable agreement ends, or the law requires it.

12. Disclaimer and liability

ArtistDesk is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by portal use, third-party reporting delays or events outside our reasonable control.

13. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. You agree to submit personal information through ArtistDesk only when you are legally entitled to do so.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the portal, related services or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be communicated where reasonably required. Continued use after the effective date means that the revised Terms are accepted.
